Shirikisho la Mpira wa miguu Tanzania linapenda kuujulisha umma kuwa taratibu za tiketi za kombe la dunia zilizokuwa zinangojewa kutoka FIFA sasa zimekamilika.

Taratibu hizo zimekamilika baada ya FIFA kutuma Invoice kwa TFF ambapo sasa watu wote walioomba kununua tiketi wanatakiwa kuzilipia tiketi hizo ndani ya siku tatu zijazo ili fedha ziweze kutumwa FIFA hatimaye tiketi ziweze kutumwa hapa nchini.

Idadi ya tiketi

Jumla ya tiketi ambazo tunazungumzia hapa ni 290 (mia mbili tisini). Hii ndiyo idadi ambayo imetengwa kwa kila nchi ambayo timu yake ya taifa haishiriki fainali za kombe la dunia (Non participating Member countries).

Tiketi hizo zimegawanywa kama ifuatavyo; Katika hatua ya makundi isipokuwa kwa mchezo wa ufunguzi, mzunguko wa pili (16 bora), robo fainali na mechi ya kutafuta mshindi wa tatu kua jumla ya tiketi 250 (mia mbili hamsini) na idadi ya juu kwa ya tiketi kwa kila mchezo haizidi 20 (ishirini).

Kwa upande wa mchezo wa ufunguzi, nusu fainali mbili na fainali kuna tiketi 40 (arobaini) ambapo kila mchezo kuna tiketi zisizozidi 10 (kumi).

Maombi ya tiketi

Maombi ya tiketi yaliyowasilishwa TFF ni zaidi ya tiketi 700 (mia saba). Na hali halisi ni kwamba maombi mengi ambayo yanazidi kwa mbali idadi ya tiketi zilizopo ni kwa upande wa michezo miwili ya nusu fainali na fainali.

Kwa mfano wakati tiketi zilizo ni 10 kwa kila mchezo katika hatua hizo za nusu fainali na fainali, jumla ya tiketi zilizoombwa kwa nusu fainali ya kwanza ni 143 (mia moja arobaini na tatu) nusu fainali ya pili 137 (mia moja thelathin na saba) na fainali maombi ni 126 (mia moja ishirini na sita).

Hatua nyingine ya Kombe a Dunia inayofuatia kwa maombi kuzidi idadi ya tiketi zilizopo ni ile ya robo fainali japo maombi si mengi ikiliganishwa na nusu fainali na fainali.

Kwa hali hiyo ilivyo ni wazi kabisa kuwa wapo watu walioomba ambao hawatapata tiketi.

Hata hivyo habari njema zaidi ni kwa wale waliojikita zaidi katika kuomba tiketi za hatua ya makundi hadi zile za hatua ya 16 bora. Kwa asilimia kubwa watu walioomba tiketi za hatua hizi watapata kulingaa na maombi yao isipokuwa tu maeneo machache mno ambayo hatukuweza kupata tiketi pamoja na kwamba maombi yalikuwepo – hilo liko nje ya uwezo wa TFF.

Bei na Malipo

Tiketi za hatua ya makundi isipokuwa mchezo wa ufunguzi (ambao una bei tofauti) bei ya juu ya tiketi ni dola za marekani 160 na ya chini kabisa ni dola za marekani 80.

Katika hatua ya 16 bora bei ya juu ni dola 200 wakati ya chini ni dola 100. Na katika hatua ya ro fainali bei ya juu ni dola 300 na bei ya chini ni dola 150.

Ama kwa upande wa nusu fainali bei ya juu ni dola 600 na ya chini ni dola 250 wakati kwa fainali bei juu ni dola 900 na ya chini ni dola 400. Tiketi zote za nusu fainali na fainali ni za dola 900.

Mchezo wa ufunguzi kiwango cha juu cha bei ni dola 450 na bei ya chini ni dola 250 wakati kwa mchezo wa mkutafuta mshindi wa tatu bei ya juu ni dola 300 na ya chini ni dola 150.

Fedha za tiketi zinapaswa kutumwa FIFA tarehe 18/03/2010 kwa hiyo watu wote walioomba kununua tiketi wanatakiwa kuwasiliana TFF kwa malipo. Tiketi amabzo hazitalipiwa ifikapo Jumanne tarehe 16/03/2010 zitagawiwa kwa waombaji wengine wtakaokuwa tayari kulipia.

Malipo ya tiketi yanapaswa kuwasilishwa TFF kuanzia saa 3.30 na subuhi hadi saa 8 mchana ili ziweze kupelekwa benki.

Muhimu: Kutakuwepo na ada ya asilimia 10 ya bei ya tiketi kwa ajili ya gharama za kutuma fedha na utawala. Malipo yote ni katika dola za Marekani tu.

Maombi ya tiketi za nyomgeza

Kutokana na maobi yaliyowasilishwa kuwa mengi kuliko idadi ya tiketi zilizopo TFF iliwasilisha katika ofisi ya FIFA iayohusika na tiketi maombi ya tiketi za nyongeza zipatazo 450 (mia nne hamsini).

FIFA imetujibu kuwa maombi hayo ya tiketi za nyongeza yanashughulikwa na watatupa majibu kamili ya kupatikana au kutopatikana kwa tiketi hizo hapo baadaye.

TFF inawasihi wale wote walioomba tiketi lakini hawatapata katika mgawo huu au watapata kidogo kuliko walivyoomba kuwa wavumilivu na watajulishwa juu ya majibu ya FIFA kuhusu tiketi za nyongeza pindi tu majibu hayo yatakapopatikana.

By Road
From the north paved road connected Kenyan capital of Nairobi with Arusha and cross the border at Namanga post. A number of shuttle buses ,leaving twice daily between the two cities,also follow this route. The route takes aproximately 4-6 hours from South, the road from Malawi enters Tanzania at Karonga before continuing onwards to Mbeya. There no viable bus services on this route, It is possible to cross border from Uganda at the Mutukula border post, but transport options are are equally limited.
Internal roads connect Arusha and Dar es Salaam to major towns around the country. Roads to major tourist destinations are either already paved or under construction. The road from Arusha to Tarangire National Park to Ngorongoro Crater has been completed .
